London CF @ The Star Social

The majority of the London Conservative Future committee attended last night’s Star Social, organised by Cities of London and Westminster Conservative Future. The guest speaker was Simon Richards from the Freedom Association who criticised the lack of free speech in the UK.

“It was a great turnout with a highly respected speaker,” commented Ed Hallam, chair of CLWCF. “I am pleased that so many young activists chose to come along and join the debate and I look forward to many more events in the coming months,” Hallam added.

“It was great to see that Star Social events are more popular than ever as we lead up to the general election,” said Patrick Sullivan, events coordinator at London Conservative Future.

“Good speakers and a well-known location make the monthly CLWCF events the obvious choice for any activist looking to get involved,” he concluded.
